Running a Commission

Available for assistance via email or DM's on social media during business days from Monday to Thursday between 1pm and 6pm (Brasília time).

TIME ZONES

For the negotiation to be validated, the final negotiations must be made on the Gmail platform where every message can be considered a valid contractual form in court, thus maintaining security between artist and client in cases of breach of the decisions agreed upon during the contracting of my services.P.S. By contacting me and arranging the order up to the first transfer of value, you state that you have read and accepted my terms of service. Therefore, you also agree not to resell or use it in a commercial manner, as well as agree to credit the name of the company Hortusmentis whenever you intend to repost the work or works on your social media.

Details

Commissions should take up to 30 days to be delivered, but this may vary from work to work depending on the complexity of the details. In other words, if your order requires more time for delivery, I, the artist, will notify you, the client, about these details during the final negotiations. In case of delay, you, the client, will be notified about an additional 15 days for delivery. During this period, you, the client, may request a refund and cancellation of the order. However, the amounts discounted in the Paypal transfer fees will not be refunded in the process.Commissions will only be initiated if the order is in accordance with the terms of work presented here.In the case of commercial business orders, I, the artist, undertake to respect all the schedules and details required in the contract sent to me.

Project Information

All details about the artwork must be provided before the project begins, such as tattoos, objects, effects, scenery and references. Any information not provided before agreeing on the final price will be disregarded.The number of details in a work will add to the final price of the artwork.

Payment

The payment for the works is done in two stages where you, the client, must make a transfer of half of the stipulated amount for the project to begin, and a second transfer of the second half at the end of the order so that you, the client, receive the art in high resolution.Orders from abroad are only possible by bank transfer using the digital bank Paypal.
P.S. Transfer fees will be charged with the second bank transfer.For orders in Brazilian territory, only payments by Pix or bank transfer through the digital bank Picpay are accepted.Pix key: 41998992029.The work will begin immediately after the first transfer within the stipulated period only during the business days and times mentioned above.

Base Values

The values shown in the "Services" tab of the website are only references for initial prices for each category of art, that is, the final value of your order may vary depending on the complexity of the order.As an artist at the beginning of my career, the values presented may be subject to adjustments as I seek to adapt fairly to my level of artistic professionalization.For Brazilian customers, the values presented can also be considered for the national currency R$ (Real)

Refund Policy

If you, the client, cancel the order after the first transfer, I, the artist, will not offer a refund. Therefore, it is crucial that you, the client, carefully read the terms of work presented here and be completely sure about the continuity of the project.If you, the customer, wish to cancel the order before the first payment, all emails will be immediately disregarded.

Presentation and Completion of the Artwork

The progress of the artwork will be informed by email, please check daily and respond as soon as possible to speed up the delivery process.For modifications or additions during the artwork process, there will be an additional cost as a penalty to the final payment.Upon completion of the artwork, I, the artist, will send a low-resolution copy for the client to review and, once approved, I will await the second payment for delivery of the high-resolution material.

Commercial Project

You, the client/company, may hire my services for commercial use, however the prices differ from the base prices presented on the Website and may vary considerably between each project according to the intended use and number of advertising republishes. For commercial work, you, the client, must provide your own contract so that we can proceed with the project, as I do not have any contracts of my own other than the use of Gmail as legal proof.Requirements: The contracting company must agree to maintain the artist's publicity as Hortusmentis in each new republishing of the artwork on the product or exhibition. Contract renewal and commercial use fees must be clearly stated in the contract template presented by the contracting company/person.The company/person agrees to the free use of the art in the hands of the artist on social media as promotional material and work content after the work is delivered.

Resolution of Works

The maximum resolution available for the works is 4000 x 4000, where the format may vary according to the sketches presented to the client during the project, or specifically following the measurements required by the client.
